Mandla Padney Ndlovu (born 21 September 1969[citation needed]) is a South African politician who has served as the sixth Premier of Mpumalanga since June 2024.

Between October 2022 and June 2024, he served as Mpumalanga's Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Public Works, Roads and Transport. He previously served as the MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs May 2022 until October 2022.
He has been a member of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature since May 2022. Ndlovu is the provincial chairperson of the African National Congress in Mpumalanga.

Ndlovu studied to become an educator he is from the Tsonga tribe. He served as an ANC councillor and as a member of the mayoral committee (MMC) at the Bushbuckridge Local Municipality.
